The first video – Developing Positive Paraeducator-Teacher Partnerships – focuses on learning and strategies that paraeducators can use in their roles to support the development of strong, effective working relationships with their partner teachers. The second new video – Clarifying Roles and Responsibilities – is designed to give paraeducators actionable strategies they can use to help them understand their roles and responsibilities in the classroom, and better support their students. Both videos are now available in the ParaSharp platform and include summaries, discussion questions, self-assessment quizzes, and resources to deepen the learning and application of the strategies.
